The Research Operations Associate will be responsible for processes automations and integrations among tools and platforms.
The role is within the SRT Operations team, which is responsible for a timely forecasting and planning of research, while also evaluating and reporting on key performance metrics for the team.
The team is also driving the continuous improvement initiatives in the team and overseeing a project portfolio aimed to enhance the efficiency and quality of the research processes.
The role will require the ability to extract data from various sources & to design / construct / execute complex analyses to finally come up with data / reports that help solve the business problem;
Identify process digitalization opportunities based on data analysis and available technologies / tools;
Drive the development of quantitative models necessary for evaluation and implementation for resource and cost reduction, as well as process improvement;
Monitor existing metrics and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities;
Retrieve and analyse data using SQL, Excel, Access (including VBA) and other data management systems;
Contribute to technology deployments, tool development and tool roll-out;
Supporting technology testing activities by creating relevant test scenarios, performing tests, supporting the UAT;
Proficient level of SQL and Python;
Has 2 years+ working experience with at least two of the following : data management software (Power BI, SQL);
Exposure to software development process;
Bachelor or Master’s Degree in any quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance or Operational Research;
Prior experience in design and execution of analytical projects; experience with large scale data bases and data warehouses and SQL and Phyton in a business environment;
Proven analytical and quantitative skills (including proficiency with tools such as Excel and Access) and an ability to use data to back up assumptions and develop business cases;
