As a UX Designer in Oracle’s SalesConsulting Centre, you will be part of a wider team that remotely supportssales organizations across EMEA & JAPAC. You will responsible for creatinginnovative and interactive applications & prototypes that reflect thecapabilities of Oracle solutions and technology for different clients. You willhave the opportunity to sharpen your creative-problem-solving skills while alsodeveloping communication and presentation abilities.

Whatyou will do:
·Apply Human Centric Design principles and techniques in theprocess of prototyping demos, POC’s and products for strategic applications andtechnology.
·Demonstrate the ability to quickly understand the corebusiness needs, make the right compromises and prioritize content and data,based on user needs and the inherit limitations on various devices from a realestate perspective.
·Have a holistic approach to the information architecture anddata hierarchy.
·Make interactions with digital products seamless to users,by having a good understanding of human cognitive constraints in HCI (HumanComputer Interaction).
·Be at the forefront of a new Design Initiative whose missionis to make the Design Thinking approach pervasive throughout the wholeorganization
·Help the Design department enrich its repository of reusableassets and expertise. We are also constructing a design system.
·Present your design solutions to senior members of the team,various internal stakeholders from the sales department and external customerswhilst articulating key decisions and highlighting the various user flows –putting the value proposition first – how it solves the business problems
·4+ years of User Experience Design with an emphasis onmobile applications, cognitive/conversation design, emergingtechnologies.(ML/AR/VR/Blockchain)
·Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
·Ability to understand, analyze and prioritize input datafrom briefing meetings by actively listening, analyzing requirements and askingthe right questions
·The candidate needs to show initiative, confidence and havegreat communication skills
·Building storyboards and user interaction journeys
·Define user personas, scenarios and use cases
·Ability to use their initiative and work from often looseand incomplete briefs
·Deep understanding of design trends and best practices onmobile devices
·Experience and understanding of the Agile/Scrum process
·Research and communicate latest trends within industry
·Build and articulate Conceptual Designs.
·Demonstrate cultural intelligence – sensible to howdifferent cultures and groups of people interact with imagery, colors, etc.
·Strong conceptual and visual communication abilities
·In-depth understanding of the relevant design software:Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Invision Studio.
·Photographic and Image creation and manipulation
·Experience of Interactive prototyping tools like MarvellApp, Invision App
·Design for Mobile Devices
·Responsive Design Techniques.
·Knowledgeable of technical constraints and possibilitiesfrom a Front End Development perspective. (eg: what is possible, what is hardto do, what are the different frameworks used)
·Create Graphics (Icons, buttons, banners)
·Create HTML5/CSS3/JS Templates
·Work to deadlines

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As a Staff Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate Oracle product*s strengths, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.3 - 5 years business experience preferred; vendor experience also preferred. 3 years relevant computer applications or database/tools preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Knowledge of system and application design preferred. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
