A Day in the Life

The Digital process improvement specialist will work cross-functionally with other teams to improve, implement, and track the business processes reengineering from conception to launch, by connecting the business aspects with the digital solutions to be implemented as a result of the business transformation.

The mission for the Digital Process improvement specialist is to significantly enhance all core business processes and system functionality in alignment with the rest of the stakeholders, creating user stories, workflow diagrams, process maps, root cause analysis and process modeling, working with various teams to drive customer success and turn findings in scalable processes.

the ideal candidate will have strong experience in documenting, analyzing, implementing and recommending improvements to core business processes within other teams touching all aspects of the business, including customer experience, digital solutions, remote sales, and other areas.

You will collaborate and build partnerships with team members across all the virtual transformation teams, understanding their needs and conducting and effectively communicating analysis that leads to tangible shifts in results.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and Setup Business process and workflows along with the Action Plan for Business Improvement, Enhancement or Transformation Initiatives.
  • Working collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of a business process.
  • Evaluating the design, execution, measurement, monitoring and controls of business processes.
  • Assessing the current state of the business processes to identify and recommend improvements in order to launch and implement digital solutions to achieve internal strategic targets
  • Identifies and documents instances where existing business processes may be streamlined or improved
  • Develops, maintains and distributes business process documentation to stakeholders
  • Develops, implements, and maintains a framework for effective business process implementation to reflect strategies of the business transformation to have the customers accessing products and services using virtual channels.
  • Manage, design and propose the New Business Process (Business Process Reengineering) for existing and new Strategic Business Unit(s) and / or Division-Department-Section related in order to Optimize the business performance towards effectiveness, competitiveness and efficiency.
  • Advise, control and monitor the Business Process Improvement / Reengineering initiatives to launch digital platforms or solutions.
  • Knowledge, Experience & Competencies

    Formal Education and Certifications Required :

  • Preferably an Engineering or technical degree
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or Process Capability Analysis PCA certifications are required.
  • Job-Specific Competencies required to successfully perform the job :

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • 5-7 years’ deep experience in process design (BPMN), user experience design and / or service design
  • You have an expertise in the design thinking methodologies, well versed in rapid prototyping and iterative processes. You can demonstrate a portfolio of work with detailed examples how your research work has improved CX
  • Experience in the digital sector with a background in technology / system development and project
  • Strong experience creating user stories, workflow diagrams, and process maps. Root cause analysis and process modelling
  • Experience in customer journey mapping, measurement, process improvement and strategy
  • You have a deep understanding of digital product lifecycle; are comfortable working with designers, technical & business teams;
  • and have a deep knowledge of an array of research methodologies

  • Proven successful digital product launch experience. Must have been involved in at least one product or solution launch development, integration, messaging, communication, campaigns and adoption
  • Ability to write and structure business processes and technical documentation fluently in English.
  • Must be able to articulate platform / solution requirements per the audience (high level to deep low level technical)
  • Technical certifications in design are well considered
  • Self-motivated; team player with a can-do attitude
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
