Insights Analyst

What You Will Be Accountable For :

  • Responsible for market research intelligence to support business with relevant insights and analysis.
  • In charge for marketing research including planning, development, organization, analysis, interpretation and application of research data related to consumer, shopper and market analytics.
  • Actively supporting Insights and Innovation Manager in developing and executing the marketing research plan for the company.
  • Coordinating COEX monthly reporting, budgeting and procedures to Finance and Procurement, to the local, as well as to the group team.

    You will contribute to the business growth through :

  • Market data analysis and its interpretation as an input to strategic and operational planning.
  • Active participation (planning, organization and analysis) in continuous commercial market research projects and ad-hoc commercial market research projects.
  • Build exceptional cooperation with research agencies and different departments within company.
  • Analysis and accuracy checking of the RMS Data (Retail Measurement System) provided by Nielsen
  • Day-to-day activities within assigned insight plans and budget tracking
  • Responsible for COEX yearly, monthly budgeting, coordinating and reporting to Finance
  • Coordinating COEX ZBB budget
  • Responsible for procedures from COEX to Procurement (Purchase orders, IPs, etc.
  • SAP procedures for COEX
  • Participating in monthly and yearly reporting to the group level
  • Communicating with IT sector as well as administrative support for Marketing department
  • Day-to-day activities within assigned insight plans and budget tracking
  • Adaptation and implementation of new methods of marketing research

  • University Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years’ experience in corresponding activities
  • Proven ability to drive multiple, complex and highly strategic programs simultaneously
  • Curios and eager to learn new things and apply new processes
  • Strong communication skills necessary for the exchange of complex information with a sensitivity and awareness of the audience to modify beliefs / opinions.
  • Strong analytical skills needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations
