3 years of customer service experience in medical, pharma or biotech industry, preferably in a call center or similar, dental experience a plusSolid computer skills & knowledge with SAP SystemFluent language skills in Romanian & ideally in EnglishExcellent customer service and communication skillsAttention to details and ability to prioritize requiredEnergetic, flexible and independent personality with strong sense for quality awarenessAdditional InformationWe offer.
