Our goal is to provide massive leverage to all our Sales and Sales Operations partners by driving scale and simplicity in all that we do.

We deliver innovations that touch every seller and sales leader at UiPath. We make selling easier so our partners can spend more time in front of clients and less time in front of screens.

Your Mission : Drive innovation and transformation by reimagining processes and tools used by UiPath sellers every day. From scoping new project ideas to collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, you will manage the day-to-day and end-to-end of key projects that are changing the way we run our business and maximizing time spent selling.

This is what you'll do at UiPath :

  • Play an integral role in supporting key Sales Process transformation projects (e.g., reimagining Forecasting end-to-end including tooling, definitions, and processes)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to write business requirements and participate in solution design
  • Perform data-driven analyses to shape solutions to operational challenges
  • Create and manage project plans and timelines
  • Collect and summarize stakeholder feedback
  • Drive an automation-first approach in everything you do, leveraging the UiPath platform wherever possible
  • This is what you'll bring to the team :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytical / operational role, such as sales operations, business operations, finance or management consulting
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience with or capacity / willingness to learn additional software tools - UiPath Citizen Developer, Tableau, Adaptive
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to senior audiences
  • Ability to use data-driven decision making in shaping solutions to operational challenges
