Your Tasks :
Ensures Operations Readiness to prepare for operations
Provides OR&A and Process Safety with process expertise during pre-startup audits or process safety audits
Participates in technical reviews (i.e. Peer Reviews, Design Reviews, HAZOP, HAZID, Risk Assessment, IGR, FAT etc); prepare technical reports to describe and demonstrate decisions and analysis results, as requested by the Head of Operations
Ensures the development of startup and shut down philosophy, procedures
Ensures the development of Operating Training Simulator
Ensures commissioning and start up sequencing and activities
Be part of multi-disciplinary teams for integrated production system model from the reservoir to the selling point
Ensures significant improved quality of information input data to projects
Provides process engineering support for automatized facilities in line with Future Operations Strategy
Supports in drafting the Operation & maintenance manuals etc. and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments
Your Profile :
University degree Master / Diplom in Process or Chemical Engineering
Minimum 10 years relevant professional experience
Extended experience and knowledge of best practices in Integrity Management and Process Safety
Extended experience in Field Management (mature fields operations, production operations, production technologies, facility engineering, lifting of oil & gas, drilling, asset management, HSSE, managerial interrelationships, interaction with authorities, legal requirements)
Broad experience in Hysys Process Simulation (mandatory) and knowledge of other simulation tools is an advantage.
Experience and knowledge of Production Chemistry and management of flow assurance issues through chemical handling (scaling, corrosion inhibition, hydrate inhibition, etc.)
Fluent in spoken and written English
