The JuniorBrand Manager reports directly to the Senior Brand Manager and leads one brand forRB. He / She is directly responsible for the brand’s profit and loss and togetherwith the direct manager, for the strategic direction of the managed brand.
The JuniorBrand Manager collaborates with the external agencies such as : ResearchAgencies, Advertising Agencies, Media Team / Agencies in order to plan, executeand evaluate the efficiency of marketing activities.
He / Shemust prove professionalism and deliver high quality results as well as conformto the highest degree of ethical behaviour.
Key Responsibilities :
Together with the direct manager determines the strategic direction of the managed brand.
Manage the brand marketing activities in order to reach the annual brand objectives.
Analyze consumer research, draw conclusions and indicate actions accordingly
P / L management and budget management
Monitor activities of key competitors
Manage the relationship with advertising agencies and other appropriate partners
Key Challenges :
Successfully manage assigned brand on different markets
Working with teams in several countries
Capable of taking decisions that balance opportunities with risks
Adapt fast to changing environment
What we are looking for?
Minimum 1-year FMCG experience in Marketing
Educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level, ideally in a business-related subject from a recognized University
Post University Studies or MBA are considered a plus
The business language in RB is English, therefore fluency in this language is essential. Fluency in other languages(s) is an advantage.
Knowledge of Nielsen Nitro
Strong commercial understanding of business issues / opportunities
Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies and planning issues
Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
Experience in developing, implementing and measuring success of promotional activities
Strong Consumer Research knowledge
Very strong presentation skills
