What will you do in this role :
Sourcing and attracting the best possible talent for the Business Units in South Central Europe for external and internal Positions.
Selecting the most appropriate external recruitment channels.
Pre-screening applications, conducting initial phone or Skype interviews and consequently taking next steps in the recruitment process from scheduling next round of interviews to extending offers
Owning the end to end candidate management process to ensure a market leading candidate experience in close cooperation with the hiring manager.
Team work across the Talent Acquisition community e.g. with Shared Service Center, Sourcers, Senior Recruitment Teams
Assessing and selecting the best possible talent (both internally and externally) by utilizing innovative assessment and selection techniques used to maximize the right recruiting decisions.
Creating and implementing a long-term recruiting strategy

Proven Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience
University degree, preferred
Knowledge of Romanian labor market - mandatory and SCE specific labor market - preferred
Knowledge of HR legislation in Romania - strongly recommended, preferred for Bulgaria and EAM
Systems affinity for Taleo and CRMs
Fluent in English and Romanian, preferred Bulgarian and / or Serbian language
