How to contribute to our vision
Qualifies and approves contractors and service providers, in cooperation with purchasing and QM&HSE organization.
Coordinates First Service Evaluation and approvals based on specific requirements.
Creates and negotiates Quality Assurance agreements and monitors implementation in supplier processes.
Plans and executes Supplier Audits including follow-up of audit measures.
Drives supplier performance and continuous improvement and collaborates in supplier development programs.
Implements complaints managements to detect and analyze non-conformances and communicates with supplier. Supports sustainable problem solving.
Awareness on using IT specific tools like ARIBA, Altair, SAP, IMS planning tool etc.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent professional background.
Experience : more than 3 years of quality experience in Wind industry.
Possess Certification as lead auditor in ISO 9001,14001 & 45001.
Auditing experience for international suppliers, management system auditing experience with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 or similar are mandatory.
Experience auditing Contractors or Service Providers would be recommended.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and are capable of interfacing with numerous parties at all levels in a multicultural environment.
Excellent English skills C1 (both orally and written); knowledge of Spanish, German or Danish would be an advantage.
IT skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
Travel : 50-60% of the time
