We’re looking for a new member in our customer service team within the Business Operations department. Get ready to play an active role in contract establishment, price master data and offering support for specific topic by being an interface between Sales, Finance, Legal, Order Center and Controlling departments.
Key job responsabilities :
Price and condition maintenance
Settlement and pay out of bonus agreements
Tracking the accruals in the system and ensure a high accuracy of accruals
Support rolling Forecast and Budgeting process
Coordinate Budget & Forecasting process jointly with Finance and Controlling
Plausibility and completeness checks of data inputs in the system
Cooperation with Global Projecting and Sales for Projects
SOX and SOD
Tracking of future sales / filler projects
Keeping track of Sales targets (RBO) and perform plausibility checks
Manual debit / credit note creation
Support Controlling with required contractual data (accrual overview)
Support and perform month / quarter / year end processes
Prepare ad hoc analysis
Improve and align processes within the BO and Controlling and other departments
Support Lean Management / Projects
Deputy for other Business Operations colleagues.
Desired skills and experience :
Bachelor in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Commercial etc.
Fluency in English and French
1-3 years of experience on a similar role or within the economic / finance area (accounting, controlling)
Medium to advanced SAP knowledge
MS Office knowledge (excellent Excel user know how)
Customer service experience and good analytical skills
Able to change processes continuously and efficiently
