With the aim of strengthening our staff in Romania, we are looking for an HR RECRUITER & BUSINESS ASSISTANT , which will be involved in the following activities :
Elaboration of Job Descriptions in line with Company needs and Discipline Leaders, publishing job advertisements in the several job and Company portals
Selection of technical, construction site and engineering profiles (Civil, Rotating Machines, Static Equipment, Process, HSE Design, Electro-instrumental, Layout & Piping), in line with the open positions and after coordination with the Business Manager and HR Manager
Screening of applications, phone interview and selection interviews
Active participation in the Candidate Induction Process
Conduct assessments, differentiate candidate capabilities to shortlist and guide business on objective ratings to differentiate candidates
Ensure timely, accurate First time right’ tracking & recording of information in recruiting systems for positions and candidates
Planning and organization of business meetings (participating if necessary) with potential customers
Build strategic and effective relationships with both candidates and Management
Identify additional channels for the team to source for talent and advise the team on best practices related to recruiting
The ideal candidate presents the following characteristics :
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Psychology or in Humanities disciplines
Attitude to manage interpersonal relationships and teamwork
Resourcefulness, dynamism and strong result orientation
Good work planning and organization skills
Preferential requirement : previous experience (even minimal) in the role, in relation to the selection of technical-engineering profiles in the energy sector (mainly oil & gas and renewables) and familiarity with the best practices of employer branding and talent acquisition, also using the social media (LinkedIn, etc.)
Medium-high English level : level B2 according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
