We are looking for an Account Manager (f / m) to join our amazing Sales Good & Services team in Bucharest.

As an Account Manager for OLX Goods & Services, you will be at the forefront of the Goods & Services Market, empowering our users - top companies in various industries, to reach the best good and services posting & promoting solutions.

Through the biggest site in Romania - olx.ro - and with your contribution, they will finally increase their sales.

    A typical day at OLX Group, in the role of a Key Account Manager, could include :

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of clients;
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;
  • Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams;
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust;
  • What will you need to be successful in this role?

  • Have proven experience in account management (+3 years);
  • Have good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems;
  • Possess the ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them to clients;
  • Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • An eye for the data, ability to analyze the data and to connect the dots into strategies;
  • The skill of connecting - dots of information, people, ideas;
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-function stakeholders including BI, CS, legal, finance etc.
  • Have outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
