Your roles and responsibilities :
Responsibility for the R&D controlling of the headquarters in Stuttgart and the connected tech-centers of MAHLE BU2 in Europe
Business partner Controlling for the R&D department
Consolidation and analysis of operating results as part of the monthly / annual financial statements of the headquarters in Stuttgart
Reporting and analysis of all relevant KPI for the regional R&D activities
Participation in the organization and execution of the annual planning process and regular revision in the context of the rolling forecast
Coordination and execution of ad hoc analyses
Control and monitoring of cost saving activities
Your skills and strengths :
Minimum 5 years accounting experience within manufacturing sector, preferably automotive
PC literate preferably Microsoft Excel, SAP, Bespoke reporting packages
Positive and persuasive interpersonal skills with resilience to make robust challenges
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively
Confident communication and presentation skills
English Advanced essential
