For Our Client, we are looking for Technical Support Enigneer. Our Clinet is a digital services provider offering Digital Engineering, Transformation and Operations services.

They are process and technology innovators focused on extracting the best solutions. Their mission is to be the cybersecurity partner of choice, protecting our digital way of life.


  • 1 - 4 years of experience
  • Bachelors / Master Science or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Remote Access VPN solutions, IPSEC, PKI & SSL, TCP / IP, Authentication Protocols
  • Experience working with Firewall Central Management Systems
  • Experience working with multi-factor authentication security system (tokens, certificates, CAC cards, and similar)
  • Working knowledge of Security services (IDS / IPS, Firewalls etc.)
  • Strong ability to independently debug broad, complex, and unique networks with mixed media and protocols required
  • Nice to have :

  • Experience with Python
  • Knowledge of VDI (VMWare Horizon, Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop)
  • Virtualization experience (AWS, Azure, VMWare, OpenStack)
  • Responsibilities

  • Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
  • Provide configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
  • Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
  • Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
  • Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc.
  • Build a positive customer experience by working closely with Development, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams
  • Provide on-call support on an as needed basis
  • Provide configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers.
  • Work with our Engineering team and influence the operability of the product.
