Support and maintenance for B2B Platforms, Web B2C and Application Management areas.
The intern will achieve knowledge and provide support from Craiova to the Business and IT Teams, which are based in Milan HQ and in the local Offices across the world.
The candidate will provide support on B2B Platforms, B2C Websites and will use various front-end and back-end web technologies and tools.
The candidate will monitor the requests arrived on the ticketing system and solve the Level 1 issues, assisted by the members of the Team and replying to the requestor in English language.
Competences : Team work, Client oriented, Proactivity, Quick learning, Adaptability, Problem Solving.
Experience : Not mandatory, preferable 1-2 years of working with some of the specified technologies / tools.Others : English at a good level, Italian is a plus.
