As HR Business Analyst you will be working for international clients to support our HRO services for their locations in Germany, Poland, The Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Czech Republic, Switzerland.
Duties will include :
Support and analyze HR Administrative processes end to end
Analyze requested changes for HR / PY Processes and define solutions
Documents process changes to our processes, workbooks, user guides, job aids
Update / Implement all changes required to processes and or systems
Define requirements for PY System changes and work closely with the PY provider to implement them
Prepare and execute test scenarios depending on type of changes
Work closely with all impacted parties
We are looking for candidates with :
Knowledge / Experience of HR Admin processes from Hiring to Termination
Experience in a HR Service Center are a plus
Knowledge of HRS tool like SAP, Successfactors, Workday or others
Very good knowledge on MS Office
Analytical and communication skills
Good written and oral communication skills of English language
Knowledge of German language would be a plus
