About the Opportunity

Join Sanofi as Dupixent Regional Manager.

The main mission is to contribute to the development of Sanofi Genzyme in Romania by successfully promoting the assigned brands to customer target group (HCPs) through Face to Face calls, Remote detailing, Group presentations and other customer facing / remote activities, as per established marketing and sales strategy, in order to ensure that brand and overall business objectives are achieved within a specified territory.

In this role you will .

Consistently achieve sales objectives (units, value, market share) of the promoted product portfolio in the assigned territory / accounts.

Depending on business interest, the designated territory and the products can be modified by the employer based on written notification (the notification can be in the form of a written email sent by the employer’s direct superior)

Build strong relationships with KOLs , key customers, stakeholders to identify customer needs and drive business development within therapeutical area.

Track the collaboration of the distributors with the key clients

Use CRM tool and to record activity, ensure agreed call frequency rate, coverage and territory planning

Implement S&T of the assigned territory to identify business opportunities and optimize resource allocations

Collaborate with other sales team members and supporting team to maximize business opportunity and growth. Collaborate with Support functions, Medical&Marketing

Propose, assist and organize meetings, congresses, round tables and symposia F2F / virtual to promote company image and products awareness, within the company strategy.

Sustain group presentation F2F / virtual for HCPs in the assigned territory

Effectively implement the tactics within the marketing strategy

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, market dynamics and competition in order to capture opportunities and diminish challenges.

Give feedback to the BU Manager / Product Manager about the competitors activities

Attend to meetings / congresses / symposia / seminars / round tables / courses in Romania and abroad, in accordance with the strategy agreed for the designated products and based on availability

Achieve the standard of knowledge regarding the products, customers, regulations and competitor’s products. Permanent learning / self-learning- participate actively in internal and external trainings and meetings

About you

Qualifications / Education & work experience

University degree in Medical / Science or related

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pharma market

Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in dermatology

Ability to learn and understand the pharmaceutical market, market dynamic and customer requirements

Willingness and capability to cooperate well with colleagues in Sales, Medical, Marketing, Regulatory and other departments

Self-motivated, highly focused, creative and innovative, having the ability to constantly self-challenge

Driving license : B

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM Tool; developing digital skills in working with different application

English full professional proficiency

Fluent Romanian
