In order to meet our development needs, we are currently looking for a Customer Support Consultant.
Answer calls promptly, giving information to clients (insured parties) regarding the services and benefits offered, in a professional manner
Responds promptly to any and each clients’ requests, manages client relationship by resolving issues, communicating any changes in contract status
Collect accurate and complete information about clients and register the information in the data base
Registers the customers’ requests and makes all necessary entries in a special software program
Handles clients’ complaints (if necessary) in a professional and polite manner, according to the job’s level of competence
Checking the availability of medical services providers and establish appointments, depending on the providers availability and the insured person preferences
Compliance with the internal rules in dealing with customers and, also, respecting the quality parameters set by the company.
Medical knowledge represents an advantage
Experience in a Call Center environment represents an advantage
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Client oriented, organized and self motivated
Initiative, interpersonal skills
Attention to details, precision and accuracy
Solving problems skills
Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize
