As a Contracting administrator you will work with a global team of dynamic and talented individuals and take part in a collaborative effort of building and improving Finance and Legal processes.

The position is focused on updating, managing and delivering data related to contracting and being key player for both Legal and Finance teams.

As the global Finance and Legal team’s administrator, key responsibilities in this role include :

  • Improving data quality on a timely manner;
  • Improve data for churn process (help with data recording in time);
  • Help with data recording (focus on clearer data) : have it done in time + maintain a higher data quality;
  • Integrated data for top-line reporting and invoicing;
  • Facilitates the interdepartmental communication;
  • Single point of contact for CRM related questions, including churn, invoicing and contractual information;
  • Act as regional anchor and support to the development of Sustainalytics’ fast-growing global Finance and Legal teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline;
  • 2- 3 years of related work experience;
  • Alignment with Sustainalytics’ mission, vision and values;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships and focus on customer service;
  • Strong attention to detail; organization and administrative skills with the ability to manage and execute a diverse agenda, prioritizing tasks and responsibilities within a dynamic operating environment;
  • ESG Integration

  • Initiative in recognizing and proactively resolving problems and discrepancies;
  • Experience with data recording and reporting;
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM;
  • Ability to thrive in an environment responsive to changing business requirements, while working independently within an international team.
