Purpose of Position

Provide administration support for North Europe Region Sales Team

Key Responsibilities

Own end-customer database housed in and maintain accurate records including data gathering and formatting

Preparation of reporting for funnel management / review, Customer data as required, Strat Plan Management and marketing data requests

Processing of sales orders through online configurator (Oracle) and other ERP systems

Preparation of offers / quotations and contracts as required

Resolution of customer concerns including but not limited to quality, warranty, service and production.

Liaise and engage with Nordic Sales Team and provide input to achievement of business objectives

III. Position Relationships

Reports to the European Administration Manager GVR

Interacts with EU Sales Team and other departments inside company

Interacts with Customers

IV. Measures of Performance

Meet European Sales Support Team KPIs

Engages with Sales Team to define and develop KPIs in line with reporting requirements, CRM maintenance and order fulfilment

On Time Delivery

Quality PPAP and in line Customer Defect Tracking and Resolution objectives

V. Required Qualifications

Education to graduate level

Proficiency in English and preferably (but not mandatory) Danish and Swedish.

1+ years’ experience with a CRM ( applications a plus), SAP, other ERP systems

Intermediate / advanced Excel knowledge

Demonstrated analytical skills and comfort with data and metrics

Understanding of relational database concepts and data management

B2B Manufacturing industry experience

Proven history of administration support

Applicants must be able to demonstrate history of data management and commercial understanding in a manufacturing sales support environment.

Technical skills will be considered a plus

Able to work in a stressful environment

Multitasking skills
