Pontoon is the 2012 marriage of two exceptional organizations, Adecco Solutions and Beeline MSP. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to support our team from our centre in Bucharest.

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will assists the recruitment team with various tasks within the full life-cycle recruitment process, under moderate supervision.

The Coordinator will assist the recruitment team in meeting hiring deadlines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Supports the team in daily transactional tasks to ensure a positive, efficient, experience for prospective candidates.
  • Audits candidate files to ensure required records are completed and logged in the appropriate user system.
  • Enters and tracks data into appropriate system and runs standard reports from those systems.
  • Supports recruiting event logistics for job fairs, / assessment centres.
  • Coordinates requisitions and approvals.
  • Schedules candidates for telephone or face-to face interviews and orientations.
  • Proactively review and monitor processes / procedures from time to time, and with management approval, suggest and implement improvements were possible.
  • Create and develop effective working relationships with key internal and external customers
  • Ensure timely resolution of queries / escalations
  • EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Recruitment industry experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer.
  • Applicant Tracking System / Human Resources Information System experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to focus on tasks or information in detail and to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with others.
  • Ability to understand and respond to the needs of the client.
  • Effective communications skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Assertive telephone manner.
  • Time management with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Ability to influence events rather than passively accept them.
  • Fluency in English.
