In this role you will support the Talent Management and Staffing Centre of excellence by working with external vendors and Honeywell’s Human Resources IT (HRIT) organization to optimize Honeywell’s recruiting and onboarding system.

This includes end to end project management of the business process change from identifying the business requirements, partnering with the HRIT Delivery team to develop the approach, testing the solution, creating process documentation, communication the process change and training end users.

Act as the global Subject Matter Expert for Recruiting and Onboarding to help resolve issues which cannot be solved by our first line technical support teams.

Provide support to Recruiters and Staffing Leaders, for day to day operations and future implementations for staffing operations programs such as Pre-

Employment Background / Drug Screening, the Employee Referral program, New Hire Logistics, New Employee Orientation, etc.

Develop and maintain recruiting and onboarding systems content for training materials, communications, and process maps, as required.

Update recruiting and onboarding documentation when processes change.

Support ad-hoc requests for specific Country / Business Group custom reports / analysis.

Support HR solutions deployment / process improvement projects.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree in Human resources or related field preferred.

5+ years of experience working with Applicant Tracking systems and / or other HR Information Systems in an international company.

Strong MS-Office Suite skills specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience of working with the Cornerstone on demand recruiting and onboarding modules.

Virtual Team work with geographically dispersed teams.

Experience of operating effectively within a complex matrix environment.

Experience in large organization change initiatives.

Project management experience.

Familiarity and / or use of Change Management tools and processes.

Six Sigma qualification or similar.

Working knowledge of basic statistics.
