Your day to day :
To provide and operate Vodafone’s latest technologyservices of Unified Communications / Voice over IP solutions for globalenterprise customers
Withthese activities you will have a great impact on our business :
Todeliver technical support for network applications and systems (2ndLine support)
Toprovide input for planning, assessment, implementation, rollout and preparationof change requests
Toexecute or manage incident, problem and service requests includingimplementation of workarounds and changes including timely availability ofmajor incident reports for any priority 1 incident and actively driving theimplementation of appropriate counter measures
Towork with external customers to define requirements, solve technical issues andprovide professional services
Working to defined service level agreements andkey performance indicators
With these skills you are agreat candidate :
Experience in Cisco Unified Communications Applications Call Manager,Unity, Presence Servers)
A minimum of 3 yearstechnical experience in the following technologies : IMS Core Architecture, IPnetworking, switching and routing, mobile internet communication, protocols(SIP, SIGTRAN, SS7, DIAMETER, CAMEL)
