NOC GSC Romania is today one of the primary operations centers for managed services.
Within the NOC GSDC Romania, there are three units focusing on the various aspects of delivery : Operations Support, Front Office (Level 1 support) and Back Office (Level 2 / 3 support).
The organization is responsible for provisioning and operation of our customer’s network. This includes fault restorations (Assurance), technical changes, configuration management, readiness, security, performance management, preventive maintenance, provisioning, and consultancy.
