Your day to day :
To provide the detailed technical design and develop complex customer solutions for high-profile accounts this includes solutions from an evolving set of data products and services, but with particular emphasis on fixed connectivity incl.

Provide technical advice & support for complex customer requirements during (Pre and Post) Sales Phase
Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and underlying business drivers, supporting the Sales team and High-
Level Solution designers
Undertake feasibility checks and design activity to validate solution delivery
Recommend innovative, optimum solutions with a maximum level of simplicity that meet customer requirements
Consolidate resource and cost estimates for technical solution design
Sign-off High-Level Design developed by Solution Architects in Enterprise Sales / VGE
Develop detailed technical design that will deliver optimum solution for complex customer requirements and produce appropriate design documents
Lead detailed design and system integration workshops
Produce design statement of work, incl. third party deliverables
coordinating local technical solution architects, network engineers, operations and external partners across various markets
Develop implementation and migration concept
Ensure E2E solution design incl. ability to manage solution in lifecycle (moves, changes, e.g. capacity increases)
Develop operating concept for final approval and execution by responsible departments
With these skills you are a great candidate :
CCNA / CCDA certification or equivalent certification with technical knowledge of
LAN Technology (Ethernet, WiFi)
WAN Access Technology (xDSL, Ethernet, SDH)
Basic or advanced knowledge in at least one or two of the following areas :
Managed Services, Cloud / Hosting
Mobile Data and Connectivity
Switching and routing technologies
Excellent English skills : Level B2 (Goethe-Institute) or equivalent certification
PMI or PRINCE II knowledge or certification preferred
International experience desirable (working internationally and / or working with global solutions)
