What will you be doing?
You are going to plan, initiate and control preventive orientated, advanced quality management measures in the design / development phase (supplier APQP) for supplied parts and services (Feasibility Review, Project Reviews, Run & Rate, Safe Launch Concept, Quality Planning etc.
to ensure that our products meet the defined quality requirements. The functional responsibility for the defined commodities, parts, services, and suppliers are going to be yours and you will maintain the defined Supplier Quality Management System (procedures, guidelines and tools), to ensure the requested quality in line with the purchasing strategies to meet the cost-
and productivity targets.
Besides being awesome , you need to be experienced in Automotive Quality Standards and in Auditor knowledge (VDA6.3, ISO / TS 16949).
You will need your extensive know-how in cold and hot forging, assemblies, heat treatment and welding and machining manufacturing technologies, metallurgical experience is preferred, including secondary processes and sub supplier technologies.
English skills , both in written and spoken form, and a University degree in a technical area are required. You are going to interact with worldwide suppliers.
