Ideal candidate :

Goodwritten and spoken English languages skills

2-3years as a buyer (mid-level spend) in a middle sized or large organisation

GoodIT procurement skills. PC (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CCM / SRM orother e-Requisitioning tools essential.

Goodinterpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phonewithout meeting suppliers / customers ona regular basis)

Preferablygraduate with technically oriented degree and a demonstrable track record ofcommercial international experience in buying goods and commodities

Experience dealing with catalog,ordering type system

Experience dealing withdata integrity issues, data structures, etc

Objectives of Role :

Deliverhigh quality supplierenablement activities on time and without errors, ensuring that users of SRMview accurate information in supplier catalogs, and experience minimal businessdisruption.

  • Activelyparticipate in new catalog opportunities activities which may include : dataanalysis & presentation, meeting participations etc.
  • Prepareand provide supplier & commodity manager training in the ERP / P2P tool
  • Coordinatecatalog content preparation by communicating Wyeth requirements to suppliers.Activities include, but are not limited to, catalog format specificationcoordination, ERP / P2P registration, and configuration of production and testaccounts.
  • Workwith users, sourcing managers, suppliers and technical teams to enhance thedesign, implement, and communicate new catalog requirements to the supplier.
  • Manageand facilitate regular conference calls with suppliers, acting as the key pointof contact for supplier preparation activities for catalog enablement.
  • Managedata file content and migration processes for new suppliers enabled on ERP / P2P. Coordinate supplier activities to develop catalog files / sites, consult asrequired with Supplier Services Mobilization team to derive and document datavalidation errors and resolution, determine and document best practices, andthoroughly document and test applicable data changes.
  • Responsiblefor creating new catalogues in CCM which includes (creating catalog id,uploading schemas and content, mapping of UNSPSC codes and UOM codes, settingup OCI codes, testing, migration etc.)
  • Responsiblefor maintaining the existing catalogs (SRM hosted and Punch outs), schemas andcontent upload etc.
  • Responsiblefor creating, updating & releasing the catalogue for use by the client endusers
  • Workwith internal customers, Wyeth technical teams and Accenture support team totroubleshot warnings and errors & fix issues and ensure no disruption tothe production users ever is encountered.
  • Identify,document and test fixes related to sustaining and improving catalogfunctionality within a cross functional team.
  • Maintainand create when necessary user documentation on ERP / P2P, CCM and cataloguerelated processes.
  • Createand maintain internal desk procedures for catalog enablement and maintenanceactivities for Wyeth e-procurement.
