  • Job description
  • Responsibility for processing accounting transactions to ensure that the KPIs related to these activities are achieved;
  • Responsibility for activities assigned by the team lead;
  • Processing internal accounting documents (corrections, reclassifications etc.);
  • Controlling the booking of the documents processed in order to assure the accuracy;
  • Update processes and procedures as requested by supervisor by incorporating new information;
  • Communicating with the supervisor to ensure both contractual and operational KPIs are met (responsibility of delivering data within agreed deadlines);
  • Communicating with the client (including other internal departments), clients, vendors, banks or other external parties in relation to processed activities and solving issues;
  • Develops good client relationships and good relations with the colleagues (within the project);
  • Actively seeks opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives in cooperation with Supervisor;
  • Takes responsibility for own professional development and growth;
  • Other duties as stipulated by the superiors;
  • Basic qualifications
  • Previous accounting experience / studies or experience with accounting system are a plus;
  • Must be a good team player and be able to communicate easily with Accenture, Client and third parties staff at all levels;
  • Responsibility and accuracy (pay attention to details and follow control procedures;)
  • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure;
  • Flexibility, especially in periods with high volumes of transactions;
  • Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks;
  • Written and spoken ability to communicate in Bulgarian and English;
  • Excel and Word skills- advanced level;
