Job requirements :
University degree or student
Microsoft Office package proficiency
At least 6 months experience within the company and previous experience in customer related areas would be a plus
English skills (speaking and writing)
Flexible, can do attitude, positive attitude
Strong customer orientation empathy, proactivity, availability
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Fast learner and ability to deal with large amount of information

What will you do?
Deal with agents & customers' requests and advise agents & clients regarding insurance contracts and / or private pensions, by telephone, e-mail, letters.
Build relations with agents, based on their needs and expectations.
Identify the best solutions for the agents' requests, in collaboration with specialized departments.
Ensure support for Digital - agents online application.
