    A HR Generalist is accountable for performing all client related tasks, standard and non standard, within specified service line to a high standard.

    The role is also a centre of competence for assigned services lines and clients giving advice and guidance to fellow team members and management on process and client related topics.

    Key responsibilities may include :

  • Provide regular feedback related to the daily performance, goal achievement, etc. to Team Leaders.
  • Motivate and inspire continuous improvements.
  • Trend frequent escalation types and share suggestions / results with peer group.
  • Perform call monitoring and real time feedback.
  • Support and work with Quality Associate to Identify strengths / areas of improvement to team members / Supervisors.
  • Report results to management
  • Identify training needs for team and individuals through monitoring, escalations and desk reviews.
  • Provide tips and helpful hint communications.
  • Partner with Team Leader to provide Performance / Quality related counseling and coaching when appropriate.
  • Assist in handling customer calls when calls are in queue.
  • Coordinates own work and may coordinate work of others
  • Check quality of work delivered by the team as part of the Quality Check & Internal Control plan
  • Basic qualifications
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree level
  • Minimum 2 years
  • Fluent in English
  • Good client handling skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and approach
