Adecco is recruiting for its client, a major company in FMCG industry, a part-time Office Assistant in Bucharest Offices.
Ideal candidate :
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Previous secretarial experience;
Excellent telephone communication skills and a professional manner;
Attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision;
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Intemet;
Excellent team-player, flexible and adaptable;
Ability to work on a 6 hours schedule Monday-Friday from 13.00 to 19.00.
About the Role
As Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for welcoming and guiding visitors, assist office staff with various administrative matters and register all the documents.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Reception & protocol duties (welcoming and guiding visitors, booking taxis and arranging catering / refreshments for visitors, keeping the calendar for the conference rooms, preparing the rooms for meetings, order stationery);
Switchboard operators' duties (answering all external and internal phone calls in atimely manner, providing information, transferring calls and / or taking messages and follow up as necessary);
Maintain a good informational system;
Photocopy materials as requested; scan documents;
Establish, maintain and update files, records or other documents;
Making travel arrangements;
Sorting of mail, highlighting urgent items; maintaining an updated system of outgoingand incoming mail;
Assist office staff with various administrative matters;
Registers all documents;
Handles the expedition of company's internal / external correspondence (through Romanian post, couriers)
