Mission of the position :
In compliance with legal and fiscal internal control rules, he / she is responsible for results and the management of Sales Administration operations for countries (EUC) for clients of all line products.
Main activities :
1. Plan and Manage people of Sales Administration :
Analyze future staffing needs and forecast requirements (quantity / quality);
Qualify people for the position. Measure the performance of people (annual review, objectives);
Manage and develop people and their skills : build & deploy the annual training plan.
0. Control risks for Sales Administration activities :
Ensure the application of internal control requirements, conduct diagnosis and self-assessment; analyze previous audit and internal control non-compliances;
Ensure legal and fiscal requirements are taken into consideration in operating modes;
Ensure the application of Quality approach in Sales Administration according to guidelines provided by the Country Quality function.
0. Steer and support operations in the area of Sales Administration :
Build and monitor the PA (budget and staffing);
Guarantee the analysis of steering and performance indicators and define corrective action plans if necessary;
Guarantee the management for Pricing and Commercial Conditions referential consistent with negotiated contracts and according to anti-trust rules.
0. Ensure the operational execution of the Sales Administration activities :
Ensure the invoicing and / or payment processes, according to commercial contracts and legal, fiscal and internal rules, to the right customer, at the right timing and with the right price;
Ensure the dispatching of reports : organize analysis and propose solutions in order to improve efficiency;
Ensure standards and best practices deployment coming from Group / Zone level : analyze the gaps and build the mitigation plan.
Preferably at least 3 years' experience as manager / coordinator, preferably in commercial area;
Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written;
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages;
Good communication skills;
Proactive, with initiative;
