Coordinates projects using standard and recommended Project Management processes and practices
Creates a project plan that identifies project requirements, resources and constraints
Controls project scope and applies change control procedures
Manages project budget and timeline and monitors operational effectiveness
Connects with the appropriate influencers and decision makers in the client’s organization
Develops and maintains overall customer satisfaction
Manages and develops team members or partners contracted in the project
Constantly reviews team members deliverables
Identifies competence levels of partners contracted in the project and seeks ways to build their capabilities
Understands internal key business indicators, and uses internal financial and progress reports
Participates in up selling by identifying new needs of the clients in her portfolio
Develops long-term relationships with key decision makers in the client’s organization
Permanently demonstrate value for money for customers, internal or external
Works effectively with the Sales department to develop sound proposals to newly identified needs
Participates in Bid Teams by reviewing the Scope of Work, budget and timeline in the proposal
Is involved in Contract elaboration and negotiation with the client and contractors.

Note : To qualify for this job it is required to have studies at Faculty of Computer Science or The Faculty of Automatic Control and Computer Engineering and / or proven experience in the IT industry.
