Job Role Summary

Oracle Developer to help with dashboarding, analytics, reporting and operational model review for post Oracle HRIS rollout and configuration capability to support ongoing solution development.

Purpose :

The Oracle Developer role is a key HR Technology position, supporting HR in delivering a reporting suite with deep capability focused on dashboards and analytics.

The position is a technology role with operational delivery accountability to help shape the landscape to create a better user experience based on the full set of tools at hand for HR managers

Main Responsibilities :

Focus on backend data base programming languages Oracle HCM Suite

o SQL

o Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP)

o Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)

Help shape the landscape to create a better user experience based on the full set of tools at hand for HR managers

Understand and improve business process as it relates to HR / HR systems

Removing and reducing the backlog of open reporting tickets from recent launch

Configuration of solutions to drive a robust, steady state
