The purpose of the role is to act as key contact of CS department, to co-ordinate and optimize CS activities and ensure that activities are dealt accurately, in a timely manner in order to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction.

Main tasks :

  • Manage relationship and lead projects with customers
  • Coordinate OTB process and propose optimization of all order processing and customer development activities
  • Drive achieving of KPIs
  • Review and recommend resolutions for solving customer claims, requests, issues ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ensure close co-operation and alignment between CS with departments within CS&L, Sales, Finance, 3PL., etc.
  • Executing SAP OTC key user responsibilities
  • Shared responsibility for developing Customer Supply :
  • implement programs such as EDI, EBP, etc.
  • verify and track EBP calculations and reconciliations with customers
  • propose actions which lead to improved collaboration with distributors and direct key account customers
  • ensure proper information sharing about best practices related to Customers Service part with Sales and KA Managers
  • provide input from CS side for agreements with distributors and direct customers to CS&L manager
  • agreements with suppliers, calculate yearly costs, track costs, ensure opening of shopping baskets and track validity of agreements
  • Accountable for participating in initiatives and projects :
  • support CS&L manager in various projects
  • facilitate CS team meetings
  • participate on various meetings ( . CLD) and provide necessary input based on request
  • provide input from CS side to PCM projects
  • Accountable for coordinating order processing and fulfilment tasks :
  • proactively communicate issues and opportunities within CS&L department and make recommendations
  • ensure KPI (CFR) RC are correctly and on time maintained in SAP and to drive target achievement
  • collaborate with CS representatives for customer claims and returns resolutions
  • support short shelf life issues solving and participate on . freshness meeting
  • lead daily huddle meeting
  • facilitate proper quot, ,limited editions tracking
  • ensuring deliveries in SAP are created and submitted on time
  • Accountable for ensuring that invoices / CN / DN are issued and posted correctly at month end
  • Accountable for assuring audit compliance :
  • checking of audit reports
  • assuring archiving of documents according to local legal requirements and internal policies and procedures
  • Accountable for conducting SAP OTC key user activities :
  • supports implementation of new business processes and SAP modules
  • supports improvement of existing business processes and SAP functionalities
  • prepares modification requests, leads testing and requests installation
  • provides training, constant support and advice to end users
  • maintains and updates functional user manual with description of business processes and SAP functionalities
  • ensures proper documentation for auditing purposes and supports auditing team
  • exploits maximum efficiency from the system and constantly improve local processes
  • Qualifications

  • At least 3 years in a similar role
  • University degree required;
  • Knowledge in Distribution, Customer Service and / or Finance;
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite; SAP knowledge preferred;
  • Fluent English is a must;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels in a company;
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
  • Ability to work with little guidance in order to achieve set goals;
