Your role will be working closely with HR stakeholders to understand their business requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of their HCM solution as well as SuccessFactors Suite.
Your role may include managing an entire project or work stream working alongside with our stakeholders. You will be joining the EMEA team within the global HR IT Organization.
As a SAP Consultant you will have to :
Perform ABAP programming, design, testing, and debugging work related to implementation, enhancement and support.
Implement Support Packs and SAP notes
Reviews the design and development of work performed by external consultants to ensure they meet the organization's standards and system's development best practices
Close collaboration and alignment with HR to understand the business requirements including processes
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
Hands on experience in developing Complex Interfaces, BDC / BAPI / HR User Exits / HR ABAP objects
Must have SAP ABAP WebDynpro, Adobe Form experience
Experience in working with logical databases, Function modules for HR modules
Fluent in English language, German optional
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical with good problem-solving skills, responsible, customer-oriented, flexible and strong team player skills
Should be able to work independently on the issues reported by end users
Willingness to travel 20-40% within the EMEA region
