Job Summary :

We are looking for a Support Services Advisor with Portuguese language skills to provide dedicated first line support to customers who include internal end users, Ericsson suppliers and Ericsson customers for the services delivered by the Shared Services AND global units.

This requires receiving and registering inquiries, solving them or referring to the relevant secondary support team. The result is resolved inquiries allowing freed-

up time and thereby higher productivity for the customer.

Responsibilities :

Execute in processes, services, and scope

Provide support or perform tasks in projects
