As a Client Service Executive you will play an integral role in our Quantitative Research team starting from the setup of the research project and ending with the final client presentation.
To this end, you will collaborate with all departments of the organization and your input will be critical to the satisfaction of our clients.
You will work directly with the Senior Client Service and Account Manager on building strong client relationships, designing the research studies and writing client proposals.
Design the research questionnaire in order to meet client objectives
Work directly with the senior client service and account manager for designing client proposals
Work directly with the project team : communicate client objectives at the kick-off meeting, communicate and clarify the project design, communicate and follow the deadlines for the client
Provide the specs for the data analysts in order to design the final report
Write the final report conclusions
Directly present the data to the client, listening for business opportunities and providing client recommendations
Bachelor degree Marketing / Market Research or Social Sciences is a plus
Proven knowledge and understanding of market research (at least 1-2 year experience in market research is a plus)
Strong analytical skills and an analytical mindset to be able to tell a story through analysis
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
Strong communication, writing and presentation skills with internal and external clients
Strong interpersonal skills able to build and maintain strong positive internal and external relationships
