The objective for this position is to better control excellence in execution : reco, sales, improvement of relationship with HCP in hospitals.

1. Networking & Relationships
They network cross functionally, aware of internal and external stakeholders who influence their business. They proactively engage with KOL’s to drive business objectives and are able to identify key win : win opportunities.
Able to support marketing initiatives and proactiveely seek out KOL’s for round tables and speakers for local events in support of our products.
They can develop and support other field managers in these skill areas They are able to use their connections to KOL's to validate and test concepts.
They can support field team members by attending face to face meetings and when required facilitate cross functional and external group meetings where the topics could be technically specific.

Identifies opportunities and scopes out initiatives. Makes recommendation through broad networks to influence an impact on a broad business level.
Able to work plan up to resource need and budget specification and demonstration on ROI.
3. Problem solving & Decision making
Demonstrates analytical skills when making decisions using br oad reference points and argument. When asking for support comes with a concise synopsis of issue and ideas for resolution that is discussed on a mentor level.
