You will be a part of

Market Procurement CEE team focusing on Performance support activities within Procurement CEE for IMS (Indirect Materials and Services) and S&S (Systems and Solutions)

You have opportunity to

  • Work on live projects with the Procurement team
  • Contribute directly to IMS Project operations
  • Provides system maintenance and updates, according to Procurement strategy
  • Identifies, participates, and provides support in procurement / improvement projects / initiatives locally and globally;
  • Performs operational and tactical sourcing activities
  • You are responsible for

  • Supporting day-to-day operation of CEE Procurement team related to particular tool / system, main tasks are to deal effectively with incoming requests
  • Performing day-to-day operations under active guidance of CEE Procurement Team
  • Taking decisions individually on normal day-to-day operations, captured in the key areas of responsibility. When problems arise or are identified, the more experienced colleague or Line Manager needs to be consulted and solutions need to be confirmed in mutual agreement.
  • Performing project tasks as assigned by respective project (initiative) leader / manager
  • Escalating issues in the right moment
  • Suggesting and considering alternative solutions to problems
  • Supporting CEE Procurement department in other activities
  • To succeed you should have following skills and experience :

  • Masters study engaged or Graduate (with 0-2 years exp) in General business studies, humanities, engineering, economics, finance, SCM.
  • Preferred Procurement function experience

  • Very good command of English, knowledge of Hungarian language is a plus
  • Communication skills, customer oriented attitude, team spirit
  • Knowledge on programs and systems, e.g. MS Office Suite
  • In-depth knowledge of related procurement tools and processes
  • Self-driven and pro-active, able to work independently also in virtual environment
  • Engaged, motivated, ambitious, eager to learn and develop new skills and knowledge
  • Basic project and demand Management process understanding
  • Strong execution and analytical skills, with high level of accuracy
  • You should be :

  • Able to work full time (40 hours a week), no later than July 2018 onwards
  • Having problem-solving and result-oriented approach
  • Having prior engagement / interest in extracurricular activities such as student organizations, clubs, exchange programs, internship experience or working experience
  • Based out of Romania
