Main Purpose :
The Supply Chain Process Engineer is responsible for the management of the local ERP system (AlplaPROD) in the respective plant(s).
She / he provides regular trainings for end users aiming at plant autonomy in managing daily business and aims at continuous improvement and optimization of supply chain processes by utilizing standard ERP features.
Main Tasks / Responsibilities :
Being a main contact point to all local end users regarding ERP related questions
Providing 1st level support to local end users regarding ERP topics and being a main contact person in the plant(s) to regional / corporate supply chain teams
Performing regular trainings regarding new ERP features and functionalities including implementation of new ERP modules
Coordinating regular system updates in the plant(s) according to the regional ERP updates schedule
Continuously improving the supply chain processes in the plant(s) by utilizing the standard ERP features and processes.
Leading optimization projects in the area of supply chain management (production planning and forecasting, warehouse processes, inventory management, order management, master data standardization, etc.)
Your competencies and qualifications
Job Holder Profile :
Knowledge of supply chain management and previous experience in one or more of the following fields : logistics, production planning, order management, master data management
Knowledge of ERP systems
IT affinity and change management attitude
Good communication and training skills in English and local language
