Be in charge of all stances of planning, budgeting and forecasting, including weekly / monthly outlooks, of the supervised Category, as well as system submissions.

Ensure consistency in all submissions of forecasts

Provide management with detailed analysis of the deviations vs other forecasts, prior periods and actual results. Track the category’s KPI’s and alert management in case of deviations from the set targets, strategy

Build effective communication and provide guidance to the category marketing team. Ensure category marketing management is fully aware of the plans, actual results and variance drivers.

Provide warning of possible financial risks to the management

Ensure the integrity of the used databases (e.g. OPAL, FiT, BI) in the supervised Category

Coordinate and execute Operations Units P&L reporting for actual and forecast scenarios.

Provide appropriate guidance to Operations Units in questions related to planning and reporting.

Be part of project teams, new launches and other multi-functional projects’ teams, providing support in terms of project evaluation and expert advice (i.

e. setting up a financial model, collecting input, making estimation and commenting on the main KPIs of the project)

Liaise with local and regional management in undertaking and completing regular and ad hoc requests related to the Category

Organize and supervise work of Category FP&A analyst (Mondelez / Genpact), train and motivate the subordinate to ensure his / her continuous professional development with the company1

Be aware of KPIs and strategy; 1

Support other functions with consultations and advise to improve functional decision making (e.g. estimation of financial impact driven by different outstanding options)1

Promote financial knowledge and literacy to non-finance functions by providing advice, consulting, trainings (general and specific), participating in developing web-

courses and educating materials 1

Ensure self professional growth via functional development tools (ACCA / CIMA etc.), as well, developing non-functional skills and abilities through intensive usage of Self-

Learning tools (MIU) and processes, continuous on the job learning


  • University degree in economics, finance or management accounting, or applied mathematics
  • Good knowledge of US GAAP / International Accounting Standards and Statutory Accounting system
  • Knowledge of modern multinational business environment and understanding of cross-functional relationship and information flow
  • ACCA / CIMA or similar professional qualification - may be in final stage of qualification(is a plus)
  • Skills :

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Willing to work in and manage a team
  • Willing to participate in cross-functional projects
  • Proficient PC skills. Knowledge of databases (Oracle is a plus).
  • Advanced user of MS Excel (a must)
  • Good English
  • People Management skills
  • Experience

  • 4+ years working experience in management accounting / financial planning / projects in a multinational business environment.
  • Practical experience in financial accounting is a plus
