Job Summary :

We are looking for a Tax Specialist, specializing in Transfer Pricing. The primary responsibility is to monitor and maintain the Ericsson Group Transfer Pricing Policy, to mitigate risks, provide expert advice, participate within the global transfer pricing network, provide training to stakeholders, and to ensure high quality runs throughout our transfer pricing processes.

The secondary responsibility is to support tax compliance issues for the Swedish Companies within the Ericsson Group .

  • Develop Transfer Pricing Tools and Solutions
  • Deliver Transfer Pricing Training
  • Country by Country Reporting
  • Direct Tax, including withholding tax
  • Indirect Tax
  • Tax reporting, tax audit and compliance
  • Tax advice
  • Operating Model Compliance
  • Key Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor of Business Administration, with focus on Taxation or equivalent
  • Experience in applying transfer pricing principles
  • Experience in international tax legislation
  • Experience in tax accounting and reporting
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial systems (SAP)
  • Accounting and reporting skills
  • Financial Analysis skills
  • Financial Model knowledge
  • Delivering results and meeting expectations

  • Additional Requirements :

  • Location Bucharest (Romania)
  • At least 4-years professional experience working with transfer pricing, risk management, or tax advice, in the role of Tax Specialist or equivalent (preferably with multinational company)
  • Languages : Excellent English
