Collect, document and handle or for-warded inquires, malfunctions and problems;
Handle technical and user-specific ques-tions;
Identify problems, fault analysis and problem solving .
What distinguishes you
English language advanced level (B2);
Advantage : German language medium level;
Mandatory : Knowledge in SQL and PL / SQL
Advantage : Knowledge in Oracle Applica-tion Express 5.0;
Advantage : Knowledge in Atlassian JIRA (Track&Release);
Experience in usage of Web-Applications with Single Sign On technology;
Advantage : Experience in usage of Web-Application Skype for business or Bosch Connect;
Knowledge in MS Office;
Advantage : Familiar with Access & Identity-Management (AIM);
Amiability, flexibility and resilience person;
