Excellent Language Skills : German and English
Bonus when you can speak more of the following languages eg. Spanish, Italian, French
Digital Affinity and good Computer skills, IT skills
Experience in Customer Support eg. IT Support, Technical Support, SaaS is an advantage
Knowledge of HTML and CSS are a plus but not required
Ability to work rotating shifts, ability to work on weekends

Receiving and handling customer requests by phone calls and Emails
Advice and consult our B2B customers to master the use of our SaaS
Onboarding of new B2B customers by web demonstrations
Processing and documentation of the customer experience
Document resolutions and technical advances in the internal knowledge base
Development of knowledge related to Software testing
