Both new and existing employees will have a more direct benefit from the company’s performance in a multitude of ways.


  • Act as a Single Point of Contact for new employees Onboarding Process : pre-employment screening checks, medical check process management, drug screening process management (when applicable), informing departments and / or suppliers on new employees and forwarding needed employment information;
  • Managing necessary documentation for Employment and Termination Processes (contracts, internal documents and forms, certifications, cessation decisions);
  • Maintaining the database, preparing & updating the personnel files (CI, marital status, addendums, suspension decisions etc).
  • Management of timekeeping software by liaising with employees and manager approvers update Evidence of Absence : medical leaves, rest, without pay, etc.;
  • Release documents requested by employees or state institutions on wages;
  • Meal and fuel vouchers management
  • Ad-hoc reporting on information from personal files or databases as requested by business or internal audit teams;
  • Managing the relationship with the state authorities related to personnel administration topics;

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Conversational level of English
  • Some administrative experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle sensitive matters
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to respond appropriately to customer needs and provide guidance
  • Ability to navigate HR Services related technology to provide customer resolution.
  • Effective communication and ability to communicate complex HRS replies in a clear manner.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
