Act as a Single Point of Contact for new employees Onboarding Process : pre-employment screening checks, medical check process management, drug screening process management (when applicable), informing departments and / or suppliers on new employees and forwarding needed employment information;
Managing necessary documentation for Employment and Termination Processes (contracts, internal documents and forms, certifications, cessation decisions);
Maintaining the database, preparing & updating the personnel files (CI, marital status, addendums, suspension decisions etc).
Management of timekeeping software by liaising with employees and manager approvers update Evidence of Absence : medical leaves, rest, without pay, etc.;
Release documents requested by employees or state institutions on wages;
Meal and fuel vouchers management
Ad-hoc reporting on information from personal files or databases as requested by business or internal audit teams;
Managing the relationship with the state authorities related to personnel administration topics;
YOU MUST HAVE
Conversational level of English
Some administrative experience
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle sensitive matters
Strong organizational skills
Ability to respond appropriately to customer needs and provide guidance
Ability to navigate HR Services related technology to provide customer resolution.
Effective communication and ability to communicate complex HRS replies in a clear manner.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
