Enghouse Networks delivers comprehensive technology solutions for next generation network operators who include broadband wireless / mobile service providers, cable MSO, fibre to the home suppliers, wholesale, local / international carriers and enterprise business telecommunications providers.

We are now strengthening our Wholesale Revenue Management Operations team with a driven and motivated Senior Customer Solution Engineer.

You will be one of the key players in the Operations team based in our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden and Bucharest, Romania .

However, as our clients are located all around the world, part of your day to day work will be performed at our clients’ premises.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Your team will have End2End responsibility for customer engagement , deployments and support
  • Defining technical and commercial solutions of our Product suite
  • Configurations , integration , verification, documentation, support and having a very close dialog with the customer
  • Design in on-site engagements with clients at multiple levels of their organizations
  • Being involved in all aspects of Project delivery and / or Customer support services
  • Manage customer expectations. Work with strategic planning for customer retention and driving new business opportunities, make offers and negotiate accordingly.
  • Key Requirements :

  • Educational background in computer science, engineering or IT
  • 7+ years of experience working within IT and Telecom
  • Experience from any of our product domains : Telecommunication, Billing, Settlement, Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, Routing, LCR, Trading, Content partner settlement, Utilities billing, CBS
  • Deep understanding of systems architecture and the ability to apply this to dynamic business needs
  • Have a pragmatic and responsible approach to time to market / Customer needs versus long-term product sustainability
  • Excellent knowledge in Windows server , SQL server / Oracle , scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python and SAP
  • Knowledge in big data networks and network connectivity
  • An agile mindset and working experience from agile methodologies
  • Ability to coach the cross functional team to create high performing teams
  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory. Any other language proficiency is highly meriting.
  • Interest and capability to travel.
