EveryMatrix is looking for a new, people oriented and fair-minded Full stack development Team Leader. The project is GamMatrix Core, the heart of one of our best-
selling products, a payment processing solution. The Technical Team Leader will assist the Technical Director and work closely with the Project Manager, Product Owner and Architecture Owner in managing this software product and the development team behind them.
Supervise and coach team members;
Proactively identify and suggest solutions to productivity and quality problems;
Ensure appropriate motivation, and encourage creativity;
Remove impediments that affect teams’ work;
Perform cross team coordination, and resolve dependencies between the teams;
Handle recruitment process including interviews and recruitment strategy development;
Continuously contribute to your teams and separate individuals’ development;
Report weekly to Technical Director on progress, people and improvements.
Requirements : Hard skills
Understanding of service-oriented architecture Experience with an Agile software development methodology, such as Scrum or Kanban, including hands-
on experience with establishing them from scratch;
Hands on experience with .NET, Visual Studio 2018, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, C#, ASP.NET Core Framework;
Docker and Kubernetes mandatory;
Knowledge of OOP and OOD concepts;
Experience with JIRA (or similar);
Experience within the iGaming industry is a plus.
Strong sense of integrity;
Fair and objective when dealing both with team members and management;
Knows when to say no and when to push to deliver;
Capable of creating an environment where others speak their minds in his / her presence;
