Description

  • Develops operating plans, policies and short and long range objectives for the organization
  • Directs an coordinates activities to achieve profit and return on capital
  • Supervise and develops adequate production methods through guidance of Kaizen philosophy
  • Leads the organization towards objectives, meets with and advise other executives and reviews results of site operations
  • Determines action plans to meet needs of customer
  • Confers with company officials to plan business objectives, develops organizational policies, co ordinates operations between divisions and departments, and establishes responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives
  • Reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine how the company's policy objectives are being met. Revises objectives and plans in accordance with actual condition
  • Plans and develops industrial, labor, and public relation policies to improve the company's image and relations with customers, employees, stockholders, and the public
  • Elaborates reports for all site's activities
  • Leads and co ordinates subordinate managers, selects key people, oversees business and marketing strategies, monitors site's financial status
  • Formulates departmental policy for subordinate managers
  • Ensure appropriate application of company's procedures according to ISO and TS requirements
  • Is responsible for all purchasing from company funds used for site business
  • Coordinate and supervise execution of given tasks within new project involvement
  • Is responsible for negotiations / appliance of Internal Regulation Book and Collective Work Contract
  • Coordinates appliance of work procedures applicable on the job
  • Is responsible to keep confidentiality of information accessed during working in the company
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or master degree or similar in engineering or equivalent, e.g. business administration
  • Professional experience (at least 5 years) in the automotive industry or related
  • Cross functional experience in at least 2 different functional areas
  • Strategic and business planning experience
  • At least 3 years in the area of production
  • At least 3 years in a leadership position leading local and international teams with functional and disciplinary responsibility for other employees
  • Experience in working with international teams
  • English proficiency
